Erasmus+ is the European Union’s flagship programme for education, training, youth, and sport for the period 2021–2027. It promotes the personal and professional development of individuals through learning mobility and cross-border cooperation.
Gazi University implements the Erasmus+ Programme in line with the rules set by the Turkish National Agency.
Providing individuals with new skills and competences, regardless of age or educational background
Supporting personal development and active participation in society
Enhancing employment opportunities and intercultural understanding
Strengthening international cooperation between institutions
📚 Student Mobility
Study mobility at a partner university abroad (3–12 months)
Traineeship (internship) mobility in companies/institutions abroad (2–12 months)
👩🏫 Staff Mobility
Teaching assignments: academic staff can teach at a partner institution abroad
Training mobility: academic or administrative staff can participate in training activities or job shadowing (2 days to 2 months)
📌 Note: Conferences are not eligible under Erasmus+ training mobility.
Higher education students (Bachelor, Master, PhD)
Academic and administrative staff of Gazi University
Participants may receive:
A monthly grant (per country group)
Travel support (based on distance band)
Additional support for participants with special needs
EU Member States
Non-EU Programme Countries: Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Türkiye, North Macedonia, Serbia
Partner Countries (for KA171 projects): including countries from the Western Balkans, Eastern Partnership, Mediterranean, and more
